Ms. Parveen Mahmud

Ms. Parveen Mahmud FCA has been appointed as the Director of Shasha Denims Ltd. on 14th February, 2024. She is the Managing Director of Shasha Garments Ltd. and the Chairperson of Fly Dhaka Airlines Ltd. Previously; she successfully performed the role of the Chairperson of Shasha Denims Ltd.

Ms. Parveen Mahmud is the Chairperson of RDRS Bangladesh. In her diversified professional career; she has been serving various Boards and playing a role in Governance and Board leadership.

Ms Parveen Mahmud is the First among many Firsts. She is the first woman President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB). She was the first female President of the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) till now. Ms. Mahmud started her career with BRAC and later served BRAC International Board. She was the Deputy Managing Director of PKSF and the Founding Managing Director of the Grameen Telecom Trust. Ms. Mahmud was the first female Partner, ACNABIN & Co., Chartered Accountants, a Founding Board Member of SME Foundation and the President, Lions Club of Chittagong Parijat Elite, Lions Clubs International, District 315- B4, Bangladesh.
